position-open Junior Hardware Engineer / Product Lab

FST is looking for a HW technical evaluation and testing to Evaluate and validate performance of HW product to be approved to work with FST’s solution

Responsibilities:

  • Test new cameras for improved performance and per customers’ requests per approved testing process :
  • Static tests
  • Dynamic tests
  • Test and define lighting level and backlight adaptability for any new potential camera and define the” official” spec for low light
  • Test new cameras’ firmware to ensure backward compatibility with IMID
  • Test new servers for cost reduction and performance/density improvement
  • Test new intercoms and other peripherals (people counters, switches, etc.)
  • Support HW POC
  • Track alpha installations of new HW, collect data and highlight/address gaps in expectations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in relevant HW installation
  • 1+ years of experience in hands-on testing of HW
  • Product engineering experience – an advantage
  • Ability to work with, motivate and drive people across other teams (R&D, Operation, Sales) effectively.
  • Fluent in English language

position-open Co-Marketing program manager – Sales enablement

FST is looking for a sales enablement manager to create sales enablement tools for direct and indirect sales team and to own and develop FST’s partners program

Responsibilities:

  • Create sales tools for direct and indirect sales teams (e.g. PIB, case studies, proposal templates, video testimonials, etc.)
  • Create demo tools for direct and indirect sales team (e.g. mobile based simulator, suitcase, etc.)
  • Create on-line sales training and maintain sales accreditation
  • Define and execute all co-marketing events with technology and sales partners
  • Develop and enhance partners program and own partner’s portal
  • Create reputations tools and venues targeting business and technology partners (e.g. newsletter, communities, meetings, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in planning and execution of marketing and sales enablement tools
  • Expert on optimizing the mix of marketing tactics for best possible ROI
  • Experience in creating on-line training
  • Understanding of complex technology challenges and ability to communicate and simplify complex technology

position-open Pre-Sales Engineer Israel

FST is looking for a Pre-sales engineer to work as part of the sales team; responsible for supporting the sales efforts in the Israel/EMEA for the entire FST product line.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and support the Sales Team, Manufacturing Representatives, Integrators, and End-Users
  • Articulate the technology and demonstrate differentiated value propositions to both business and technical prospects
  • Support the sales team and integrators with technical discussions
  • Support Sales Team in responding to RFP’s and designing, specifying, and quoting systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide on-site support for integration, troubleshooting, and training
  • Work with operations and support team to provide technical support when required
  • Provide product assistance and support Sales Team at trade shows, training and/or marketing presentations as requested

Requirements:

  • Collage degree or Diploma – Electronics or Computer major preferred
  • 3-5 years of field experience in the security and access control industry
  • Knowledge of local building, electrical, and fire codes
  • Experience in data communications fields such as LAN, TCP/IP, VoIP, optical fibers, 
wireless systems, etc.
  • Ability to work multiple projects and prioritize work load accordingly
  • Good documentation and Presentation skills

position-open Regional sales manager

Regional sales manager at FST use their technical knowledge along with sales skills to generate sales of FST Biometrics products.
They assist with bids and tenders for new clients from a technical and sales perspective.
Clients are usually technical staff from retail, industrial, public sector, hospitals, defense.
The Regional sales manager is a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales services. They liaise regularly with other colleagues in the company, such as:
Development; Finance; Support; and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from FST Biometrics products and/or services
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of unique values, quality, price and delivery
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
  • Arranging product training
  • Analyzing costs and sales
  • Preparing high quality proposals
  • Preparing reports for management and keeping customer records
  • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how the product meets client needs
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

Requirements:

  • A BA degree in a relevant field (Computers science, communication, ext.)

  • Experience in CCTV, Surveillance Systems or Biometrics Identification solution will be considered as advantage
